Fresh mountain air, tired legs, endless views and that incredible feeling of being completely present. For me, this is the best kind of therapy. Mountains, nature, movement and time away from the everyday rush. No appointments, no deadlines, no noise. Just us, the trail and views that make you stop for a moment and simply breathe. Now, back in Abu Dhabi, I keep coming back to these photos and our summer memories. Sometimes the best moments… …are the ones you neve Sometimes the best moments… …are the ones you never plan 🤎 During our summer adventures in the Polish mountains, I unexpectedly met @evazubeck ✨🤎someone whose incredible journeys and adventures I’ve been following and admiring for years. And what a lovely surprise it was. Eva is exactly the kind of person you hope someone you admire from afar will be incredibly warm, kind and genuinely lovely. 🤩 I’m also currently reading her book, which makes following her adventures feel even more personal. There’s something special about reading someone’s stories and thoughts and then suddenly meeting that person completely by chance, somewhere in the Polish mountains. 🏔️ I love moments like this 😍 when life surprises you with an unexpected encounter with an extraordinary person, just like that… no plans, no expectations.
