Sometimes the best moments… …are the ones you neve Sometimes the best moments… …are the ones you never plan 🤎 During our summer adventures in the Polish mountains, I unexpectedly met @evazubeck ✨🤎someone whose incredible journeys and adventures I’ve been following and admiring for years. And what a lovely surprise it was. Eva is exactly the kind of person you hope someone you admire from afar will be incredibly warm, kind and genuinely lovely. 🤩 I’m also currently reading her book, which makes following her adventures feel even more personal. There’s something special about reading someone’s stories and thoughts and then suddenly meeting that person completely by chance, somewhere in the Polish mountains. 🏔️ I love moments like this 😍 when life surprises you with an unexpected encounter with an extraordinary person, just like that… no plans, no expectations. I’ve been living in Abu Dhabi since 2013 and somewhere along the way the UAE became much more than the place where we live, it became home. 🇦🇪 Photography has been a huge part of my life for years. Morskie Oko 🏔️💚 And yes… we did it all on foot! O Morskie Oko 🏔️💚 And yes… we did it all on foot! Over 6 hours of walking, tired legs, a few moments of “Are we there yet?” 😅 and definitely some sore muscles the next day… but it was SO worth it. We decided to skip the horse carriages and walk the entire route ourselves 😬 both ways. And I have to say, I’m incredibly proud of our boys!!🤎 It’s a long walk, especially for kids, but they did it! There’s something special about reaching a place this beautiful knowing that your own two feet took you there. The views, the mountains, the fresh air… and that feeling when Morskie Oko finally appears in front of you. 🇵🇱✨ Our legs were DONE by the end 😂 but this is definitely one of those family memories I’ll keep forever. There’s something about the Polish mountains that There’s something about the Polish mountains that always makes me want to come back. 🇵🇱⛰️❤️ The views, the fresh air, endless green and that feeling of peace you get when you’re surrounded by nature… I could stay here for hours. 🌿 Living in Abu Dhabi makes me appreciate places like this even more, especially during summer, when I miss greenery, cooler air and simply being outdoors.
